You Can Now Book Your Repair Online
Pick your store, your device and a time that works for you — and skip the line when you arrive.
We've launched our new website, and the biggest change is simple: you can now book a repair at any of our three stores online, any time of day.
How it works
Choose the store closest to you, tell us your device and what's wrong, and pick an open time. You'll get a confirmation number right away. When you arrive, a technician is already expecting you — no waiting around.
Track your repair
Some repairs take longer than a coffee break. Use the Track Repair page with your confirmation number and phone number to see whether your device is checked in, being repaired, or ready for pickup.
Walk-ins still welcome
Booking is optional. If you're nearby, just come in — we'll take care of you.
