Quotes & pricing

Prices shown online are estimates. Your final price is confirmed in store before work begins.

Warranty

Repairs include a 90-day warranty on replaced parts and labour. The warranty doesn't cover new physical or liquid damage, or repairs by others after ours.

Data

Please back up your device before any repair. While most repairs don't affect data, we can't be responsible for data loss.

Unclaimed devices

Devices not collected within 60 days of being marked ready may be recycled after we've made reasonable attempts to contact you.

Bookings

Online bookings reserve a time slot. Please call the store if you need to change or cancel.
