What you'll do
- Greet customers, check in devices and book appointments
- Recommend cases, screen protectors and chargers
- Answer phone calls and online booking requests
- Keep customers updated on repair status
What we're looking for
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using a POS system
- Positive, upbeat attitude
